Vianney Gouny

Vianney Gouny is a Senior Vice President on Wilshire’s Alternatives Solutions team, where he focuses on the design and implementation of investment solutions across hedge funds and private markets. He works with institutional and wealth management clients to develop customized investment programs, including managed accounts, hedge fund advisory mandates and private market solutions, aligning investment strategies and structures with client objectives. He also contributes to sourcing new manager investment opportunities and developing Wilshire’s alternatives business in Canada. He joined Wilshire in December 2023 following its acquisition of Lyxor U.S.

Previously, Mr. Gouny spent 10 years at Lyxor U.S., where he led a four-person team responsible for client relationships and the implementation mandates. Earlier in his career, he worked in Société Générale’s Global Markets division in London and New York. He brings over 18 years of experience spanning equities and equity derivatives, hedge fund strategies, and private market solutions for wealth management clients.

Mr. Gouny holds a master’s degree in finance from Rouen Business School in France and the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) designation.
