Hayford is a Principal Manager with the National Pensions Regulatory Authority of Ghana, having previously worked as a Finance Manager and an Associate with Zest Electric Ghana Limited and KPMG Ghana respectively.
Hayford is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Ghana and the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, UK. He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Wales (UK) and currently serves on public committees that include Ghana’s Financial Stability Council Technical Committee.
