Kathy is the Head of Events across the APAC region. In her role, she works closely with two of the region’s Managing Directors to oversee events that elevate member experience in multiple markets.
Kathy has over 11 years of experience and specialises in leading financial sector events and is skilled (in both offline and online) event strategy, planning, operations, and marketing. She leads the region’s largest flagship events including the annual AIMA APAC Forum.
Prior to joining AIMA, Kathy was the APAC Communications Manager for SWIFT. Kathy is Canadian Chinese and is a member of the Canadian Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong, fluent in three languages (English, Cantonese, and Mandarin) and holds a Global Management and Business Communication degree from Toronto Metropolitan University (formerly Ryerson University) and a former recipient of a dance scholarship with the Hong Kong Academy of Performing Arts in Hong Kong.
