Malavika Shanker

Malavika Shanker is a Managing Director in our Institutional Equities Division based in Mumbai. She runs the firm’s India Equities business managing our sales & execution teams. Malavika is responsible for managing the firm’s investments in India to grow mind and wallet share with the firm’s largest institutional clients. She previously ran the firm’s Asia Listed Derivatives Execution & Platform Sales business. Malavika has 15 years of experience in the finance industry, having held a number of roles across the COO, Product Development and Sales organization previously. She holds a Masters in International & Public Affairs from Hong Kong University & a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Singapore Management University. Malavika is a co-Executive Sponsor of Morgan Stanley's Women's Business Alliance Network in Asia.
