Jonathan Marshall leads on economic and financial engagement with the Hong Kong Government and Financial Regulators, as well as cooperation on issues such as global health and sustainability. Previously he was posted to the British Embassy in Washington, DC where he worked on China and Indo-Pacific issues; and he has worked at the British Embassies in Rome and Kabul. He has degrees from LSE, Oxford and Harvard.
