▸After working for a private sector, she joined EY Assurance. Since then, she has been engaged in statutory audit engagements for both financial and non-financial institutions as well as non-audit services such as due diligence and IPO for over 10 years. Serving numerous positions including evaluation for publicly funded financial institutions of as a third-party investigator.
 
▸Since 2000, She has been providing advisory services in a financial sector with a strong emphasis on “Trusted”. Servicing banks with global operations, and non-banks such as insurance, leasing, credit and related real estate focusing on global governance, data strategy, strategic management reporting, compliance, and other projects involving the simultaneous generation of multiple accounting data including international accounting standards, financial data transformation with concurrent multiple accounting data generation, U.S. SOX compliance, IT department reforms such as cost reduction including IT, and various support services including worldwide operation models.
 
▸Since 2022, she has been serving as a BCM sector leader for EY's Consulting Services, where she established Data Strategy team and RegTech team. She has been helping financial institutions design, develop, and implement financial data models that enable inorganic business strategies, customer journeys, and UX. In addition, he has supported management strategy reports and global data governance.
 
▸Recently, established a structure to respond to wide range of client needs utilizing EY Global technology solutions hub.
 
▸Participated in numerous discussion meetings with government bodies such as the Cabinet Office, Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry, Financial Services Agency. Supporting RegTech subcommittee of the Fintech Association of Japan. Conducted RegTech benchmarking survey in collaboration with CCAF of the University of Cambridge. Also, promoted Japan's first hackathon with the FSA and distributed a global report, and supported the promotion of the Regulatory Sandbox, Cabinet Secretariat.
 
▸She is a member of the "Technology based Administrative Reform Committee" which is a working group of the Digital Extraordinary Administrative Advisory Committee of the Digital Agency under Japan Govement.
 
▸She has served as a member of the third-party investigator for bankrupted financial institutions and the financial instruments accounting industry-specific committees of the Japanese Institute of Certified Public Accountants, as well as a chairperson of the municipal fixed asset evaluation review committee council.
