Jake Fisher

Jake Fisher the Head of Sales- Hong Kong and Global Head of FX Solutions at Apex Group. In his role, Jake is responsible for driving the growth of Apex’s hedge fund, private equity and real estate offering in Hong Kong as well as the global growth for Apex’s FX offering.

 

Prior to joining Apex, Jake was a relationship manager at Bloomberg where he covered over 90 hedge funds and family offices based in Hong Kong.

 

Jake was formerly the Director and Head of China Cross-Border Sales at BMO Bank of Montreal, based in Hong Kong. In his role he was responsible for Foreign Exchange and Fixed Income Sales for multinational corporations doing business in Mainland China, and institutional investors seeking access to China’s bond market.

 

Over the 13 years that Jake has covered the China market, Jake has spoken at Tsinghua University in Beijing, advised China SOEs, the Canadian Ministry of Finance, the Bank of Canada as well as the US Department of Treasury on China cross-border trade.
