Mr. Floyd Newsum is a founder and director at RPA (HK), Ltd, a Hong Kong-based, boutique consultancy which focuses exclusively on AI Automation (i.e. Artificial Intelligence + Robotic Process Automation). As a veteran digital transformation leader, Floyd has a 20+ year track record of successfully assisting multi-national corporations in leveraging technology to improve business processes and to exceed operational excellence performance targets.
Prior to RPA (HK), Ltd., Floyd was Head of the Process & Automation Center of Excellence at CHANEL as well as a Senior Manager at Ernst & Young (EY) responsible for leading the Hong Kong Process Automation consultancy practice. During earlier parts of his career, Floyd worked for and directed initiatives within the technology & operations management departments of leading Fortune 500 firms including Cummins Diesel, Bank of America – Merrill Lynch, and the Hong Kong Shanghai Banking Corporation (HSBC).
