Shuo Xu, CFA

Shuo Xu joined MSCI in Shanghai in 2011 and is a member of MSCI’s China Research, focusing on China related strategy research. Previously he focused on Greater China Index solutions research, including broad based, factor and ESG strategies. Prior to joining the research team, Shuo has been with MSCI’s Analytics business for 8 years, working closely with different types of clients across the APAC region. Shuo started his career at HSBC and JPMorgan Chase. He holds a Masters in Finance from the Central University of Finance and Economics, and a bachelor’s degree from the Shanghai Jiao Tong University. He is also a CFA charter holder.
