Mark started his financial services career in 1994 advising on operations, governance, due diligence and structuring to attract and support institutional investors across all asset classes.
He has held various roles including COO of an investment manager, as well as senior roles with institutional investors and services providers. He has acted on behalf of both investment managers and investors to ensure best practices.
He has worked with over 500 investment managers and helped launch over 100 funds with start-up, emerging and institutional investment managers across all asset classes.
He has lived and worked in Ireland, Cayman Islands, United Kingdom and South Africa.
He is Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland and a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst.
