Director of External Relationships, New Holland Capital (NHC)
Sapna Vir is the Director of External Relationships at New Holland Capital (NHC). Sapna is responsible for overseeing manager sourcing efforts, peer relationships, and business development. Sapna is an observer on the firm’s Investment Committee and a member of the firm’s ESG Committee. Sapna is also a member of the North American Committee of the Standards Board for Alternative Investments (SBAI). Prior to joining NHC in 2014, Sapna was a Vice President within the Product Management team at Napier Park Global Capital (fka Citi Capital Advisors). Sapna began her career in finance at Morgan Stanley in their Debt Capital Markets group specializing in structured solutions for insurance companies. Sapna graduated from Georgetown University with a BSBA in Finance and International Business and received an MBA in Finance from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
