Shayla leads strategic transformation engagements for investment managers and asset owners across Asia Pacific within State Street's Alpha Solutions team in Hong Kong. She partners with senior stakeholders to define target operating models spanning front, middle and back office, integrating investment, trading, data and servicing on a single platform. Her recent work centres on large-scale, multi-asset transformation programs and the evolving role of data, artificial intelligence and technology to help investment management firms enhance operating efficiency, support growth and scale more effectively. Prior to State Street, Shayla held roles at J.P. Morgan, Goldman Sachs Asset Management and a global fintech firm, spanning the sell side, buy side and fintech.
