Nabanita’s career spans 20 years across the Middle East, France and the UK. She has worked across a variety of industries including fintech software and commodity trading, developing deep expertise in hiring specialised financial talent across Europe & the Middle East. At Nickel she brought in her experience of hiring financial developers and setting up remote teams in Europe.
