Jacqueline Fernley is a founding partner, CEO and Co-CIO of arcpoint OCIO, delivering CIO-level stewardship, institutional governance and disciplined implementation to wealth practices, family offices and foundations across public and private markets.
Most recently Chief Investment Officer at Mason Stevens, she oversaw approximately $9 billion of client capital and built its OCIO strategy. Earlier roles include Head of Research at Wilson HTM, Head of Equities at JBWere and senior positions at Magellan Financial Group and Colonial First State Global Asset Management. Jacqueline is an Independent Non-Executive Director of Microba Life Sciences, a CFA charterholder and GAICD, and holds a BCom/LLB.
