Head of Sales and Distribution, Securitize Capital
David leads the sales and distribution efforts at Securitize Capital where he focuses on driving institutional adoption of the blockchain-enabled asset management platform. David has more than 25 years of experience working with institutional investors, issuers, and asset managers and has closed numerous structured investments across a wide range of asset classes. David brings a deep knowledge of structured products, derivatives, insurance, and alternative assets to Securitize Capital. Prior to joining Securitize, David raised capital for alternative asset managers as a partner at Addo Capital Partners. Previously, he held senior sales roles as managing director at HSBC Bank USA, Nomura Securities International, Sorin Capital Management, and UBS, and was senior vice president at Lehman Brothers. David began his career as a tax consultant with Arthur Young & Co. before becoming an analyst with UBS Securities. David earned a B.S. in Applied Economics and Business Management from Cornell University, and holds FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses.
