Felicity Walsh is the Managing Director of Franklin Templeton Australia & New Zealand and is responsible for the success of the business. Felicity’s responsibilities include driving client satisfaction, net sales growth, revenue growth and brand recognition across all market channels.
Felicity is also responsible for the APAC (ex-Japan) Institutional business, leading the team to deliver custom solutions to sovereign wealth funds, central banks, pension funds and insurers.
Felicity has over 20 years of industry experience in the UK, Australia and APAC, working with all market segments and across asset classes. Felicity has specialized in Alternatives and the Institutional segments.
Prior to Franklin Templeton, Felicity spent 11 years at Willis Tower Watson, 10 of those as a Senior Actuarial Consultant in the UK, consulting to Corporates and Trustees of Defined Benefit plans and the remainder as an Investment Consultant to Institutional clients in Australia.
Felicity holds a first class B.Sc. with honors in Chemistry from the University of Nottingham (UK). She is also qualified as a Fellow of the Institute of Actuaries and a Certified Investment Management Analyst.
