Anne-Sophie d'Andlau

Co-founder & Deputy CEO, CIAM

CIAM is a European independent alternative asset manager. CIAM was co-founded by Anne-Sophie d’Andlau and Catherine Berjal in 2010. The company manages several funds, among which two conviction European equity portfolios : the Opportunities Fund (Event Driven) and the Special Focus (Small & Mid Cap Europe). They both use proprietary financial and extra-financial research and constructive shareholder engagement to create value. CIAM was involved in almost 20 public campaigns over the past 10 years, such as Club Med, Euro Disney, SFR/Altice, Zodiac/Safran, Suez/Veolia, Vivendi. CIAM also recently launched a Global Macro fund.

Anne-Sophie has a professional experience of more than twenty five years in Finance, amongst which more than twenty years in the Hedge Fund industry. Prior to launching CIAM, Anne-Sophie worked seven years as a portfolio manager at Systeia CM, a Paris based hedge fund manager, subsidiary of Amundi.

Before this, she worked at PwC from 1995 to 2001, first in their Audit department and then in their Corporate Finance department, doing M&A advisory to non-listed companies. During that period, she spent three years in New York.

Anne-Sophie is also the Chair of a small listed British company in the healthcare tech sector called Physitrack Plc.
