Andrew practises in the establishment of, participation in and operation of, private and public offer investment funds across alternative asset classes including hedge funds, real estate, private credit and infrastructure. His practise includes fund-like structures, funds of one, separately managed accounts, co-investments, joint ventures and other capital partnerships. In addition to this work, Andrew also acts on asset management related M&A.
