Mr. Meyer joined Oasis in 2007 and is responsible for managing Oasis’s legal and regulatory affairs on a global basis across its Hong Kong, Tokyo and US offices, as well as overseeing all non-investment aspects of Oasis’s business. He received a B.A. from The University of Texas at Austin and a J.D. from Cornell Law School. He serves on the HKSFC Advisory Committee and the HKSFC Public Shareholders Group, and is the Chair of AIMA Hong Kong.
