Jenny Yin Ngan is Head of Business Development, Marketing and Investor Relations at MAAT Investment Group, a Munich-based asset manager focused on concentrated, value-oriented European small and mid-cap equities. She began her career at Goldman Sachs in Fixed Income pricing in both Hong Kong and New York, before moving to Goldman Sachs Asset Management as a client portfolio manager in the Fund of Funds division, building deep expertise in global markets, asset allocation, and institutional client servicing.
After a career break to focus on her family, she joined MAAT as Investor Relations Officer and subsequently expanded her remit to lead business development and marketing, leveraging her international background to engage family offices and long-term capital allocators.
Alongside her professional responsibilities, Jenny volunteers on the Supervisory Board of the Bavarian International School (BIS), where she contributes governance, finance, and stakeholder-relations experience to support the school’s strategic development and community. In this capacity she helps bridge perspectives between educators, parents, and external partners, reflecting a broader commitment to education, inclusion, and long-term institutional stewardship that complements her fiduciary role at MAAT Investment Group.
