Stephen Leahy leads Circle's Capital Markets team within the Revenue Team. He is responsible for strategy & relationships with Circle's Capital Markets clients, and working with cross-functional teams on product validation projects.
Steve is an experienced FinTech Executive focused on Strategy & Business Development in the Digital Assets industry. After an early career at State Street Global Advisors then Wellington Management Co, he built 3 platforms & companies in the Foreign Exchange industry. He has broad experience on the buy-side, sell-side, and building FinTech platforms. Steve got his start in the digital assets industry in 2017, and in January 2021 joined Circle to create and lead the Capital Markets vertical. Steve is a past member of the Board of Directors of the Boston Blockchain Association, and earned his MBA from Babson College.
