Managing Partner and Chief Operating Officer, Mill Hill Capital
Nick Pepe is the Managing Partner and Chief Operating Officer for Mill Hill Capital, LLC, a New York based Registered Investment Adviser. Mr. Pepe is a Board Member, an Investment Committee Member and oversees Business Development and Investor Relations for the firm. Prior to joining Mill Hill Capital, Mr. Pepe was a senior member of the Global Securitized Markets division at Citi from 2005 to 2018. At Citi, Mr. Pepe specialized in transactions involving fixed income securities and derivatives with the firm’s top institutional clients, primarily hedge funds, money managers, REITs and private equity funds. Mr. Pepe’s primary focus was on credit and securitized products, including RMBS, CMBS, ABS, CLOs, CDOs, Esoteric ABS, and consumer and residential whole loans in the U.S. and abroad. Additionally, Mr. Pepe worked with institutional clients to create customized financing solutions, including warehouse facilities and structured re purchase agreements. He also assisted clients with select hedging strategies and solutions using synthetic indices, single name credit default swaps, derivatives, and interest rate swaps.
Mr. Pepe is a mentor for Year Up New York, an organization that aims to close the Opportunity Divide by providing urban young adults with the skills, experience, and support that will empower them to reach their potential through professional careers and higher education.
Mr. Pepe holds a B.A. Degree in Economics from Williams College in Williamstown, MA.
