Kate Wood

Kate is a corporate wellbeing professional with over a decade of experience in financial services across risk, compliance, operations and people roles. Kate is currently the Head of Inclusion at HSBC and alongside this role chairs a number of industry inclusion networks including the AIMA DEI working group and the Asia Neurodiversity Business Alliance. Kate is a certified mental health first aider and board director at local charity, women in sports empowered (WISE).
