Donna Rix is based in London and is a Managing Director and the General Counsel for Citadel’s L&C operations in Europe and APAC.
Donna has over 20 years of experience in financial services regulation, and plays a key role in helping Citadel navigate the international regulatory landscape, leading regulatory change and engagement efforts with policymakers, regulators and other key stakeholders. She also represents the firm on a number of trade associations, including AIMA, the City UK and MFA.
Donna joined Citadel in 2016 from Bank of America Merrill Lynch in London, where she held various roles in the Legal and Compliance department, most recently as Managing Director and Head of EMEA Equities Compliance.
Donna began her legal career in private practice at Wilde Sapte and later at Linklaters, working in London, Paris and Tokyo.
Donna graduated from University College London with a 1st Class LLB and completed her Legal Practice Course at the College of Law, London.
