Sarah is a leading investment funds specialist and partner at international law firm Simmons & Simmons. Her practice focuses on the establishment, structuring, maintenance and restructuring of open-ended alternative investment funds, “hybrid” funds and separately managed accounts in a variety of jurisdictions. She acts for some of the largest and best known managers globally and for emerging managers across a range of asset classes.
