郑慧女士 Hui Zheng

Ms. Zheng is a Partner at ShoreVest Capital. She holds a seat on the Firm’s Investment Committee. Prior to ShoreVest Capital, she was a Partner at Shoreline Capital, where she worked for eight years. Her investment track record includes beginning-to-end management of both Chinese private credit special situation investments and non-performing loans. Ms. Zheng led her team of investment professionals to the successful completion of the entire process, from deal sourcing, due diligence, deal structure to acquisition/negotiation and monitoring and exits.  

郑女士是新岸资本的合伙人之一，也是公司投资委员会的成员。在加入新岸资本之前，她曾是海岸投资的合伙人，在海岸投资工作了八年。她的投资业绩包括中国私人信贷特殊情况投资以及不良贷款的管理。郑女士带领她的专业投资团队成功地完成了从项目挖掘、法律评估、交易结构到收购/谈判、监督和退出的整个过程。
