Lucia is a Principal in the Global Structuring- Financial Services Group, based in the New York office.
Lucia’s practice focus on advising multinationals and financial services clients on cross-border acquisitions, disposals, co-investments, debt financing and re-financing and global restructures from a holding and portfolio company perspective, as well as from the investor level perspective. She has extensive experience in the infrastructure, logistics, energy, real estate, and telecom sectors with a particular focus in the Latin America region.
Lucia holds a Master in Tax from Fordham University and a master in Finance from UCIII in Madrid. Originally from Uruguay, she is a native Spanish speaker and is fluent in English.
Before joining PwC New York, she worked in PwC Spain and PwC Uruguay.
