Jack Seibald has over 40 years of experience in financial markets, including prime brokerage, investment management, research, and outsourced trading. As Managing Director and Global Co-Head at Marex, he leads highly experienced teams in the US, London and Hong Kong, contributing to award-winning prime brokerage and trading divisions renowned for their exceptional service.
Jack co-founded Concept Capital Markets, LLC, which was acquired by Cowen in 2015. He played a pivotal role in building the prime services and outsourced trading business, expanding services and asset classes globally. It was subsequently acquired by Marex in December 2023.
In recognition of his industry contributions, Jack was inducted into the Global Custodian Hall of Fame in 2022.
Earlier in his career, Jack co-managed Whiteford Advisors, LLC. He began as an equity analyst at Oppenheimer & Co., with additional roles at Salomon Brothers and Morgan Stanley. Jack holds an MBA from Hofstra University and a BA from George Washington University.
