Adam is the founder of Polar 993 and has 25 years’ experience in 3 core areas of funds management being structuring & portfolio management, compliance & law, and fundraising. Polar provides professional corporate trustee services, AFSL licensing and works with its clients on their fund capital raisings. Polar has strong expertise in PE/VC, real estate and credit sectors.
Adam was the co-founder of Merricks Capital, where he was the COO and Head of Structured Credit. Prior to Merricks, Adam practiced as a commercial lawyer at Dibbs Abbott Stillman and at Middletons (now K&L Gates).
