王郁女士在投资基金及金融相关业务领域拥有十余年的法律从业经验。
王女士曾代表多家国际及地区性基金管理人设计、搭建各类投资策略的美元基金和人民币基金，涉及的基金类型包括封闭式、开放式和半开放式基金，基金组织形式包括合伙型、公司型和契约型，基金架构包含子母型、伞型和平行型等。
王郁女士曾主导完成十余个面向高净值客户投资者募集的半开放式私募基金项目，项目覆盖中国、日本、韩国、澳大利亚、印度、泰国、台湾地区等亚太核心市场，投资策略横跨私募股权、地产、信贷、生命科技等领域。
王女士曾代表众多投资机构就其投资各知名国际私募基金提供法律服务。
王女士也就基金管理、运营提供全链条法律服务，包括各类基金管理、运营、合规以及基金份额分销事务等。
此外，王女士还曾经办商品交易所牌照申请、交易规则起草及运营相关的法律事宜；并对一般性公司事务提供法律咨询意见。
在加入汉坤之前，王郁女士曾在黑石集团（Blackstone）法律合规部担任高级副总裁；并于美富律师事务所（Morrison &Foerster）香港办公室以及谢尔曼斯特灵律师事务所（Shearman & Sterling）香港办公室执业多年。
Ms. Wang has over ten years of legal experience in investment funds and financial-related matters.
Ms. Wang has represented multiple international and regional fund managers in designing and establishing USD and RMB funds with diverse investment strategies. The fund types involved include closed-end, open-end, and semi-liquid types and include fund organization forms such as partnerships, corporations, and contractual forms, and the fund structures involved include master-feeder, umbrella, and parallel structures, among others.
Ms. Wang has led the completion of over a dozen semi-liquid private fund projects that have raised capital from high-net-worth individual investors covering core Asia-Pacific markets such as China, Japan, South Korea, Australia, India, Thailand, and Taiwan region. The investment strategies span private equity, real estate, credit, life sciences and technology, and other sectors.
She has represented numerous investment institutions for their investments in reputable global funds. Ms. Wang also offers full-scope legal services for fund management and operations, including fund management, fund operations, fund compliance matters, and fund interest distributions.
Ms. Wang has also handled legal matters related to the application for licenses for commodity exchanges, the drafting of trading rules, and exchange operations. She also provides legal advice on general corporate affairs.
Prior to joining Han Kun, Ms. Wang served as Senior Vice President in the Legal and Compliance Department of Blackstone. She previously worked at the Hong Kong offices of Morrison & Foerster and Shearman & Sterling.
