Host: Charlotte Adair

I began my career in Finance at the age of 18, when I was accepted onto the UBS Cadetship Program. During the program I was fortunate enough to rotate throughout the equities business, gaining exposure to Prime Broking, Transition Management and Equity Research Sales; whilst simultaneously completing my degree. After graduating with a Bachelor of Accounting from Macquarie University in 2018, I was offered a graduate position at UBS in Equity Swap Trading. I was promoted to Associate Director in 2021, and moved across to UBS Prime Sales in May of 2022. I am an active member of AIMA, and the inaugural Chairperson of AIMA Australia’s Young Professional’s Working Group.
