Jennifer Murphy, CFA, is the Founder and CEO of Runa Digital Assets, LLC, an investment firm specializing in the management of liquid digital asset portfolios.
Prior to founding Runa Digital Assets, Ms. Murphy spent more than 30 years in asset management in a variety of strategic and operating roles, with a focus on innovation. Ms. Murphy was Chief Operating Officer of Western Asset Management, a global fixed-income investment firm. Before joining Western Asset, she was Chief Administrative Officer at Legg Mason, Inc. (now part of Franklin Templeton) and President and CEO of Legg Mason Capital Management, the investment firm founded by iconic investor Bill Miller.
Ms. Murphy holds an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Brown University.
