Founding Partner, Epsilon Direct Lending
Joe is a Founding Partner of Epsilon Direct Lending and member of the Investment Committee. Joe has 24 years’ experience, in a career covering direct lending funds management, corporate and investment banking, strategy and operations across Europe and Australia.
Joe’s experience includes navigating a Eur3bn private credit funds management business through the GFC in Europe from 2004 to 2010, overseeing the CBA’s A$25bn corporate credit loan portfolio from 2013 to 2019, and working as the Chief Operating Officer of Bank of America Merrill Lynch from 2011 to 2013.
