Prior to joining AMOAI in May 2021, he served as a Director and Senior Executive Managing Officer at SOMPO Asset Management Co., Ltd. (“SOMPO”) from 2010 to 2020.
Prior to SOMPO, he served as President at ZEST Asset Management Ltd. for over 10 years.
He started his career at Nissho Iwai Corp. where he was involved in its proprietary hedge fund investments from 1994.
He graduated from Waseda University with Managerial Accounting major in 1985.
