Investment Manager, Credit Team, Future Fund
Karen May is an Investment Manager in the Credit Team at the Future Fund, where she oversees both liquid and private credit markets. Since joining the Future Fund in 2016, Karen May has been instrumental in managing credit strategies that align with the fund’s long-term objectives.
Before her tenure at the Future Fund, Karen May gained extensive experience in bank risk and capital management at ANZ Banking Group, where she developed a deep understanding of financial risk frameworks and regulatory compliance.
Karen May holds a Bachelor of Science and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Melbourne and a Master of Applied Finance from Macquarie University. She is also a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (“CAIA”), sits on the CAIA Australia Chapter Executive Committee and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Corporate Directors (“AICD”).
