Yasuko Hirabayashi

Yasuko Hirabayashi leads Capital Introduction efforts at Nomura International's Prime Finance division in Hong Kong, spearheading the development of Nomura's Capital Introduction business across Asia-Pacific and global markets. She facilitates strategic connections between institutional allocators and alternative investment managers while maintaining active dialogue with investors to identify emerging market opportunities and trends.

Prior to her Capital Introduction role, Yasuko worked in Asia Equity Sales at Lehman Brothers Securities Co. Ltd. (Japan) and Nomura International (Hong Kong) Ltd., spending approximately 10 years building expertise in Asia equity markets. In 2017, she transitioned to Prime Finance Capital Introduction at Nomura Securities Co., Ltd., where she spent over 6 years developing deep relationships with Japanese institutional allocators. She relocated back to Hong Kong in 2024 to expand Nomura's Capital Introduction team across the Asia-Pacific region.
