Chief Investment Officer, Andreani & AssociƩs
Alexandre Andreani is the Chief Investment Officer of Andreani & Associés, a Geneva-based private investment office serving ultra-high-net-worth families, family offices, private banks and foundations across Europe, the Middle East and Asia Pacific. With more than 20 years of experience, he is recognised for combining macroeconomic research with institutional-grade processes to deliver tailored solutions for sophisticated investors.
His career spans Paris, London, New York and Geneva, where he held senior roles at J.P. Morgan, BNP Paribas, Q.I.R. Quantitative Investment Research, Louis Capital Markets and leading family offices. As Head of Quantitative Research, Portfolio Manager, Proprietary Trader and CIO, he developed expertise in systematic equities, systematic long/short equity, mulit-strategy hedge fund portfolios, CTA-managed futures, macro derivatives and strategic asset allocation. This breadth gave him both the analytical discipline of a researcher and the judgment of a discretionary investor.
Andreani & Associés is organised around two activities: discretionary OCIO mandates with a minimum of 100 million dollars, which apply a dynamic asset allocation framework across liquid and private markets; and strategic advisory, which delivers a select number of high-conviction recommendations each year based on proprietary research. The firm’s due diligence framework demands transparency, governance and resilience, ensuring only best-in-class managers are retained and monitored through rigorous, ongoing review. Beyond initial selection, AA remains actively engaged with PMs, conducts congruence studies, and provides second opinions to clients on portfolio alignment, rebalancing, and redemptions.
Mr. Andreani has been President and Board Member of financial and industrial companies.
