Senior Legal Engineer, Norm Ai
Pawel Guzik is a Senior Legal Engineer at Norm Ai, based in London, where he leads regulatory AI deployments for global financial institutions across the UK, Europe and APAC. He works at the intersection of regulation, technology and AI agentic engineering.
He specialises in translating complex, multi-jurisdiction financial regulation into operational AI agents that enable real-time compliance decision-making. His work spans cross-border implementations for major asset managers and financial institutions collectively managing over $30 trillion in assets. He also leads senior client engagements, product demonstrations and pilot programmes that drive strategic go-to-market initiatives.
Before joining Norm Ai as its first international hire, Pawel co-founded and served as CEO of CourtNotes, an AI-driven legal research and document management platform, where he led product strategy, system architecture, and financial oversight. He is also an award-winning English law lecturer at leading London universities. Pawel holds an MSc in Law and Finance from the University of Oxford’s Saïd Business School and Faculty of Law, and an LLB in Law from King’s College London.
