George Sun is Managing Director and Head of Global Markets, Greater China for BNP Paribas. He has over 20 years of Markets experience in Asia, the US, and Europe. Previously, he worked at Standard Chartered Bank as Head of Institutional Sales for Asia Pacific, at Nomura as Co-Head of FICC Sales for Asia Pacific ex-Japan, at Lehman Brothers as Head of Credit Sales for Asia, and at Merrill Lynch as Managing Director in Global Structured Credit Products. He holds an undergraduate degree in economics from Harvard University and a juris doctor degree from Harvard Law School.
