Chief Investment Officer, Emirates Investment Authority
Troy is the Chief Investment Officer (CIO) at the Emirates Investment Authority (EIA), the Sovereign Wealth Fund for the United Arab Emirates. Troy leads the Asset Management team at the EIA and is a member of the Investment Committee. Prior to this, Troy served as CIO for multiple pension funds in Australia, and for a long period served as the Managing Director, Capital Markets at QIC, the asset management for the State Government of Queensland.
