David is EY Parthenon Executive Advisor, EY Strategy and Consulting Co., Ltd., providing strategic advice to financial services clients in the Japan market, based on his extensive experience in the global financial services industry.
Prior to joining EY David served in several financial services roles over the past 28 years including, president of a securities company, deputy president of a Japanese trust bank, and CAO and COO at asset management companies. In addition to his corporate responsibilities, David has served as the Chair of the ACCJ`s Investment Management Committee. David has worked in both the Tokyo and New York financial centers.
David holds an MBA from University of California at Los Angeles and a BA in international Studies from the University of Washington
