Edward Fang is the head of Neuberger Berman’s ESG research for China FMC, based in Shanghai. He’s responsible for engaging with policymakers such as AMAC, CSRC and PBOC on ESG policies, and worked closely with senior management team on strategic ESG initiatives and investment products. Before joining the firm in 2022, Edward worked for global investment consulting firm Mercer, responsible for its China ESG investment-related business. Prior to that, Edward worked for CIB fund and Gopher Asset Management Company where he was responsible for fund-of-fund investment related work. Edward holds a Master’s in Finance from Saint Joseph's University and is currently a certified FRM holder.
