Lucian Firth is a Partner in Simmons & Simmons’ financial services group and provides specialist advice in relation to investment funds, including structuring hedge funds and managed accounts. He is also an expert in environmental, social and governance (ESG) issues and sustainable finance and co-authored AIMA’s ESG primer in 2019. Alongside his work for leading established managers, Lucian is also a member of the core team dedicated to start-up hedge fund work in London and advises a significant number of start-up managers on their fund structure, seeding arrangements and broader business. He is also a partner leader for responsible business and co-chairs “the green room”, Simmons & Simmons’ environmental initiative.
