Ryan Anderson focuses on investment management, with an emphasis on the formation and operation of domestic and offshore private funds, including hedge funds and private equity funds.
Prior to joining Akin Gump, Ryan worked as a tax attorney, and his practice encompassed the areas of individual and business taxation and tax structuring of business transactions. While obtaining his master of laws in taxation from Georgetown University Law Center, Ryan served as a tax law clerk for the United States Senate Committee on Finance.
Prior to pursuing his law degrees, Ryan served in the United States Army infantry.
