Sarah is a leading investment funds specialist and London-based hedge funds partner. Her practice focuses on the establishment, structuring, maintenance and restructuring of open ended alternative investment funds in a variety of jurisdictions. She acts for some of the largest and best known managers globally and for emerging managers across a range of asset classes.
Sarah also uses her expert knowledge of both open- and closed-ended fund structures to work on more “hybrid” hedge fund structures with less liquid features.
Sarah regularly advises fund clients in the FinTech space and has established a profile in the industry as a leading cryptocurrency funds expert.
She is ranked in the Hedge Fund Journal’s 50 Leading Women in Hedge Funds 2019 report in association with EY and joined Simmons in 2007.
