Ginny Cheok

Ginny is currently spearheading BNP’s Prime Services sales efforts in APAC and continues to be responsible for the Singapore Prime franchise across functions. Her responsibilities include managing the region’s sales team, securing new & organic financing mandates, and managing relationships with globally & locally headquartered hedge funds, asset managers, and SWFs.

 

Having been in the Prime Brokerage business for 20 years, she was previously based in Hong Kong heading up the Prime Brokerage Client Relationship Management team for Asia Pacific at Citigroup, from 2014 to 2018. Prior to that, she spent 10 years at Morgan Stanley across principal trading and Prime Brokerage.

 

She has worked in New York, Tokyo, Hong Kong and Singapore.

 

Ginny is a strong advocate of female leadership initiatives, and currently sits on the board of the Women in Global Markets network at BNP Paribas. Ginny is also a strong advocate in CSR and charitable activities both inside and outside of the firm.
