Natsumi Kozuka, a licensed Japanese lawyer (bengoshi) at AZX Professionals Group, specialized in corporate legal practice centered on supporting startups across a broad range of fields, including finance, fund formation, M&A, and labor law. Since 2024, she has served in her current governmental role, where she is responsible for designing and developing policies related to startup finance and talent. Her work includes contributing to the development of the Guidance on Startup Investment Contracts in Japan and engaging in the reform of the PE exemption as part of the FY2026 tax reform.
AZX総合法律事務所弁護士として、スタートアップ投資等のスタートアップ支援を中心に、ファンド組成、M&A、労働法等企業法務全般を取り扱う。2024年より現職。スタートアップファイナンスや人材面に関するスタートアップ政策の企画立案を担当。スタートアップ投資契約ガイダンス「我が国における健全なベンチャー投資に係る契約の主たる留意事項（増補版）」の策定や令和8年度税制改正としてPE課税特例の改正に従事。
