Ralph Daghfal is Senior Vice President, Institutional Business at PICTON Investments. In this role, he leads the firm’s institutional relationship strategy, working closely with pension plans, foundations, endowments, and investment consultants to deepen engagement and expand PICTON’s institutional presence. He also plays a key role in advancing the firm’s growth initiatives by aligning client needs with PICTON’s investment capabilities and long-term strategic objectives. With more than 25 years of experience in the investment industry, Ralph brings a strong early foundation in investment analysis, client advisory, and business development. His early roles across both boutique and large asset management firms provided him with a balanced perspective, combining strategic discipline with hands-on insight into how investment solutions are designed, implemented, and communicated. These experiences shaped his ability to navigate complex client situations and deliver practical, insight-driven guidance. Ralph holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance from Concordia University and is a CFA charterholder, bringing disciplined analytical expertise and a strong ethical foundation to his work. His academic and professional credentials underpin his ability to evaluate investment solutions, support due diligence, and communicate complex ideas with clarity.
