David Lau has over two decades of professional experience in the finance industry including hedge fund, financial services, investment banking, commercial banking, IPO advisory, compliance and management consulting.
At Springs Capital (Hong Kong) Ltd, he has been the Chief Compliance Officer since 2012 and is also involved in ODD work serving large international institutional clients. He has been serving in the Regulatory and the Executive Committees of AIMA Hong Kong. Prior to joining Springs Capital, he was a financial services consulting partner at PwC, Deloitte, Arthur Andersen and AT Kearney for the Greater China region. Prior to his return to Asia, he worked at Credit Suisse Financial Products (CSFP), CSFB and Credit Suisse Group in the UK, US and Switzerland.
