Customer Success Director, Refinitiv
Jonathan Etheart is currently a Director of Customer Success at the London Stock Exchange Group, where he leads a team of Customer Success Managers responsible for the adoption, satisfaction, and retention of LSEG’s Investment Solutions products.
Having been with LSEG for 15 years beginning with Thomson Financial, Jonathan has had various roles across Sales and Customer Operations both as a top producing contributor and a leader of large scale organizations. Jonathan’s grounding principle is creating an environment where his team members and colleagues can thrive professionally and personally, while becoming their best selves. He also works across the organization to help craft the employee experience by serving as the Global Co-Lead for LSEG’s Black Employees Inspired Networking Group .
